  • Resources, Referrals, and Literature:

    • Personalized client folder

    • Private digital resource and referral list

    • Client lending library (books, carriers, etc.)

  • 1-2 deep dive prenatal visits:

    • Explore fears or anxieties
    • Intuitive movement coaching
    • Breathwork

    • Comfort Techniques

    • Birth Wish List planning
    • Partner teambuilding

    • Cesarean and VBAC preparation with an intuitive lens

  • On Call For You Two Weeks Before/After Estimated Due Date:

    • Supporting by phone, text and/or
      in-person

    • Up to two hours postpartum

    • Feeding support

    • 24-48 hour postpartum visit

  • One Flex Lactation Visit:

    • Available for up to one year postpartum

    • In-person or virtual

  • Phone Labor/Birth Photography:

    • Private Google album available postpartum
