As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, I hold space for your unique feeding story with intuition, evidence-based care, and deep respect for your body and your baby. Whether you’re preparing to nourish your baby at the breast, chest, or with a bottle, I offer compassionate support rooted in connection, presence, and trust.

Each session is customized to meet you where you are, emotionally and physically, honoring your inner wisdom as you and your baby are learning together.

Continued Care and Follow-Up

All sessions include 2 weeks of text, phone, and email support so you never feel alone between visits. You’ll have a calm, grounded voice to reach out to as your milk journey grows.

Breastfeeding happens with the whole body. Sometimes, babies need further support to feel fully at ease in their bodies. I collaborate with trusted local bodyworkers, therapists, and other lactation providers to support the parent/baby dyad.
